Eligible Returns

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Unworn and unwashed: Items must be in new, unused condition
  • Original tags attached: All tags and labels must be intact
  • Original packaging: Items should be in their original packaging when possible
  • Within 30 days: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for size or color within 30 days of delivery.

How Exchanges Work

  1. Contact us at sales@leggingsflex.com to initiate an exchange
  2. Ship the original item back to us using our prepaid label (US orders over $50)
  3. Once we receive your return, we'll ship your exchange item immediately
  4. Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt

Refund Policy

Refund Timeline

  • Processing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
  • Credit to account: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original payment method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used

Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

Note: Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless you qualify for free return shipping (US orders over $50) or the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes issues occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately at sales@leggingsflex.com
  2. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. Provide your order number

We will:

  • Send you a replacement item immediately at no cost
  • Provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item
  • Issue a full refund if you prefer

Manufacturing Defects

All LeggingsFlex products are covered against manufacturing defects. If you discover a defect within 90 days of purchase, contact us for a free replacement or full refund.

International Returns

We accept returns from international customers within 30 days of delivery.

Important Information:

  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees: Any customs or import fees are non-refundable
  • Shipping time: International returns may take 2-4 weeks to process
  • Tracking: Please use a tracked shipping method for returns
