If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at sales@leggingsflex.com and we'll do our best to update your address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the address, but you may be able to contact the carrier directly for assistance.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

• Check with neighbors or building management
• Look around your property (sometimes carriers leave packages in safe spots)
• Wait 24 hours (occasionally packages are marked delivered early)

If you still can't locate it, contact us at sales@leggingsflex.com within 48 hours and we'll help resolve the issue.

Email us at sales@leggingsflex.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We'll send you a prepaid return label (for qualifying orders) and instructions. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or send your exchange item within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Absolutely! We offer free exchanges for size or color. Contact us at sales@leggingsflex.com to initiate an exchange. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
