Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my tracking number?

You'll receive your tracking number via email within 1-3 business days after placing your order. This is sent once your order has been processed and handed to our shipping partner.

How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days after processing
Express Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
Please note: Processing time is 1-3 business days before shipment.

My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?

Tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier's system after you receive the notification. If it's been longer than 48 hours and you're still having issues, please contact us.

My tracking shows "Pre-Shipment" or "Label Created". What does this mean?

This means we've created your shipping label and your order is being prepared for pickup by the carrier. It typically takes 1-2 business days from this status for the carrier to pick up and scan your package into their system.

What if my package is delayed?

While rare, delays can occur due to weather, customs (for international orders), or carrier issues. If your package hasn't moved in 5+ days or is past the expected delivery window, please contact us at sales@leggingsflex.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has shipped?

Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. However, you may be able to contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to request an address correction or hold for pickup at a local facility.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders typically take 10-21 business days depending on your location. Please note that customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

I haven't received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at sales@leggingsflex.com with your name and order details, and we'll resend your confirmation.
